Flexible Rates and Packages
No penalty will be applied in case of cancellation before 3 days (12.00 p.m. Hotel’s time) prior the arrival date for stays in April, May, June, September, October; no penalty will be applied in case of cancellation before 7 days (12.00 p.m. Hotel’s time) prior the arrival date for stays in July and August. A penalty equal to the total amount of the reservation will be charged in case of late cancellation or no show.
No show: in case of no show the total amount of the reservation will be charged as penalty.
Early departure: after the check-in and in case of early departure the total amount of the reservation will be charged as penalty.
You will receive upon the cancellation deadline a link by e-mail to pay in advance for your reservation for your convenience and to speed up the check-in.
Children supplements are not included in this rate and will be charged at the hotel: 0-5.99 y.o. free of charge; 6-11.99 y.o. € 65,00 per child per day; from 12 y.o. € 125,00 per child per day. Maximum extra beds per room: 2 (any combination of adults and children). Classic rooms cannot host any extra bed.
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

Prepaid and Not Refundable Rates and Film Festival
Prepaid and not refundable rate. 100% penalty will be applied in case of cancellation / amendments / no-show.

Family Package
Available only for new reservations of two (2) connecting Premium Junior Suites.
The room for the adults is at full price, the connecting room for the children (up to 12 y.o.) will be discounted by 25% on the rate of the first room.
Long Stays
At the moment of confirmation, all reservations with a length of stay equal or superior to ten nights (10), will require a 25% of the total reservation as deposit. This deposit is non-cancellable, non-refundable.
The remaining balance will be required one week prior to arrival.
In case of early departure, the penalty will be the 100% of the amount of the reservation.
